37.8. Up to 31 December 2014, the maximums provided for in subparagraphs 1 and 2 of the first paragraph of section 4 shall apply to motor vehicles and buses assembled before November 1998 where the distance measured between the centre of rotation of the axis of the last axle and the rear end of the vehicle, load included, is 5 m or less.
